The Institute has adapted training and education for a variety of public and private organizations. (See PLI's client list).

PLI core training is supplemented by advanced seminars to support the leadership and ethical  principles learned, including: training in leadership development, concepts of transparent leadership and relationships, visionary leadership and principles, political leadership and society, and more.

Customized PLI seminars include: community-based policing curricula, strategic planning, and by training trainers.
